Anal fistula Case

Symptoms
Previous medical condition
A full year ago, the patient felt pain near the anus and swelling, so he saw a doctor who diagnosed the presence of an abscess, and the doctor treated the abscess and cleaned it, but 40 to 50% of cases of abscess in the anal area are followed by the formation of a fistula.
Persistent symptoms
A year ago, the patient was relieved from the pain, but the secretions continued to appear intermittently, so he visited the doctor again to treat the abscess and clean it, and the patient visited a number of doctors without a radical solution to the problem with him. The recurrence of the tumor, followed by pain and secretions, and then visiting the doctor to clean the abscess.
Suffering
